Digital vs Traditional Impression
Both workflows are supported. Digital scans (STL/PLY/EXO) come from Trios 3Shape, iTero, Medit Link, Shining 3D, Dexis, Ori, Primescan, DS Core, Panda, and similar systems. Traditional PVS or alginate impressions are accepted with poured models or unset impressions.
For long-span bridges (>5 units), digital scans require ≥30% overlap between adjacent scan segments and a unidirectional continuous scan path — partial scans with missing segments are rejected at intake.
Crown and Bridge Manufacturing Workflow
Every case moves through the same in-house pipeline:
- Intake — File or impression received, prescription checked
- CAD design — Model margin line, contact, occlusion; 100+ designers in-house
- Model print — Resin or plaster model (digital workflow only)
- CAM milling — Pre-sintered zirconia or wax/CrCo (3–5 axis)
- Sintering — High-temperature furnace with temperature-field calibration per batch
- Porcelain layering / staining / glazing — Hand work for stacked results
- Quality check — Margin, contact, occlusion, shade match, surface finish
- Pack & ship — Protective case, batch label, courier pickup
Steps 1, 7, and 8 are not outsourced. Steps 2–6 are performed entirely in our Shenzhen and Huizhou factories.

Questions fréquemment posées
Do you outsource any cases?
No. Every step from CAD to QC happens in our own factories in Shenzhen and Huizhou.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, PLY, EXO from Trios 3Shape, iTero, Medit Link, Shining 3D, Dexis, Ori, Primescan, DS Core, Panda, and WeTransfer uploads.
Can I send a case with a tight deadline?
Yes — for rush cases, contact our service team before sending. Rush turnaround is available on most single-crown and bridge products, and on implant cases with the abutment already selected.
What if the restoration doesn't fit?
Remake and adjustment policy is documented on the Remakes & Adjustments detail page. We work from your original submission files and clinical photos for diagnosis.
Do you accept unset PVS impressions?
Yes. We accept unset PVS, poured models, and unset alginate impressions. We do not accept custom tray impressions for crown & bridge work.
What implant systems do you work with?
Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer Biomet, Dentsply Sirona, BioHorizons, MIS, Bego, and aftermarket Ti-base systems. We accept OEM and aftermarket Ti-bases.
What's the difference between your crown dental lab and bridge dental lab workflows?
Same factory, same QC pipeline, same materials. Single-crown cases ship in 2–3 working days; bridge cases (multi-unit and long-span) ship in 3–7 working days depending on span and material.
