Dentures & Removables — Denture Lab Manufacturing for Clinicians Worldwide
Custom removable dentures, partial dentures, and dental appliances — manufactured in our own denture laboratory from CAD/CAM design to final delivery.
Your Denture Lab Partner: Design to Delivery, All Under One Roof
Finding a denture laboratory that actually manufactures removable prosthetics — not just brokers them — can be harder than it sounds. Most denture labs outsource at least part of the denture workflow. We don’t.
Laboratorio dentale ASD is a full-service denture laboratory with in-house CAD/CAM manufacturing since 2012. Our dedicated removable dentures department of 50 specialized technicians handles every stage: CAD design, CAM milling, model printing, tooth setup, wax try-in, flask-and-pack, finishing, and triple-point quality inspection — all completed inside our own facility.
That means one point of contact, one quality standard, and no surprises between your Rx and the finished case. As a denture laboratory serving clinics and dental offices in over 10 countries, we know that consistent outcomes matter more than marketing claims.
What you get from our denture lab:
- Direct factory production — no outsourcing, no middlemen
- A dedicated case manager and service team assigned to your account
- Digital and conventional workflows, both fully supported
“Every case goes through 3 independent QC checkpoints before it ships.”
What We Make: Removable Dentures & Partials Catalog
As a denture laboratory serving clinicians worldwide, we produce the full range of removable dentures and partials. Each card below covers a single product family — what it is, when it’s indicated, and the materials our denture lab works with.
Protesi parziali
Cast-metal framework partials, acrylic flipper partials, e flexible Valplast-style partials for one or both arches. Each framework is designed in CAD from a scanned master cast, with clasps, rests, and connectors drawn to your survey and design notes rather than a stock template.
Protesi in metallo
Cobalt-chrome and titanium frameworks built for long-span partially edentulous cases — the kind of restoration where an all-acrylic partial will flex and fail. Frameworks are milled or cast, then retrofitted to the acrylic saddle and tooth setup.
Custom Dental Guards
Guardie notturne, occlusal splints, and athletic mouthguards built from a printed or poured model and a registered bite. Each custom guard is fabricated at our denture lab on the same removable-denture production line — same materials, same QC, same lab workflow.
Temporary Dentures
Immediate-load and interim dentures a patient wears while a site heals, a final prosthesis is being made, or an implant integrates. Built to look right on day one — not as a long-term restoration, but as something the patient can be seen in and eat with for weeks or months.
How It Works: From Rx to Delivery — Our Denture Lab Workflow
Digital cases (preferred)
- Submit your scan + Rx — We accept STL, PLY (preferred for anterior esthetics), OBJ, DCM, and native case packages from 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, iTero, CEREC/Primescan, Shining 3D, Planmeca, and all open-format scanners. Upload via your scanner platform, WeTransfer, or email.
- Case review within 1 business day — Our denture laboratory team verifies scan completeness, margin clarity, and occlusal data. If anything’s missing, we’ll let you know before starting.
- Design preview + approval — You get a digital design preview (screenshots or STL) for review. One round of design plus two free revisions included.
- Production — All fabrication in-house at our denture lab: model printing → tooth setup → wax try-in (if applicable) → flask/pack/inject → finishing → QC.
- Ship + track — DHL, FedEx, or UPS with tracking number provided same day. Your case manager follows the package until delivery.
Conventional (impression) cases
Same workflow, but you ship us PVS/polyether impressions or stone models. Our denture laboratory provides prepaid shipping labels or you use our courier account for discounted rates.
No intraoral scanner? No problem. Many of our partners start with conventional impressions and transition to digital at their own pace. We support both workflows — there is no minimum digital requirement to work with our denture lab.

Domande frequenti
What scanners do you support?
3Shape TRIOS, Medit, iTero, CEREC/Primescan, Shining 3D, Planmeca, and any scanner that exports standard open files (STL, PLY, OBJ). We also accept native 3Shape .3oxz/.DCM packages.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum for a trial. For ongoing partnerships, we’re best suited for accounts shipping regularly (weekly batches work well for smaller practices). International shipping costs make single-case-at-a-time arrangements difficult to sustain long-term — but we’ll always take your first few cases to prove the fit.
What's your first-pass QC rate?
Our final independent inspection pass rate sits at 95%.
Can I get a wax try-in before final processing?
Yes. We offer wax try-in stages for complete and complex removable dentures cases. Digital try-in (design preview) is also available.
What's a typical production timeline for removable dentures?
Routine cases (most relines, repairs, simple partials, single-arch dentures, retainers, and night guards) take 2–3 business days in production at our denture lab; complex cases (full-arch dentures, cast metal framework partials, flexible partials, implant-retained overdentures, full-mouth rehabilitation) take 5–7 business days. The clock starts when complete case data arrives and excludes design approval wait time, missing-info holds, and outbound transit. Digital cases skip the physical model shipping leg inbound, so total elapsed time is shorter.
Can I get rush production?
Yes — rush is available across the board, with no surcharge for accounts shipping 10+ cases per month. Tell your case manager when you submit and we’ll confirm what’s possible before you commit to a patient date.
What happens if there's a fit issue with my removable dentures after delivery?
Ship it back to our denture lab. If it’s a lab-side manufacturing issue, we remake at no charge on priority production. If clinical adjustment is needed, we’ll advise on next steps rather than have you chase a redo that won’t solve the problem.
When is a remake on us vs. on you?
- On us (free remake, priority production): fit issue due to lab manufacturing error, shade mismatch due to lab error, shipping damage with documented proof, or material defect.
- On you (treated as new order): Rx changes after design approval, or new clinical information that changes the original prescription.
- No-charge pause (not a remake): if our denture laboratory flags unclear scan or impression data before production starts, we hold the case and notify you — no surprise charges either way.
How do you handle shipping damage?
Send us an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery. We remake at priority speed and cover return shipping on the redo.
What if a patient complains about fit or occlusion after delivery?
Send the case back for evaluation. If it’s a lab-side issue, we redo free. If it’s a clinical adjustment need, we advise rather than remake — because a remake doesn’t fix an adjustment problem.
What's your warranty period on removable dentures?
Removable prostheses carry a workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty doesn’t cover changes in the patient’s oral anatomy, accidental damage, or new clinical conditions that emerge after delivery — those are normal in prosthetics and aren’t manufacturing issues.
What affects the price of removable dentures?
Unit count, base material, implant components and attachments, and design complexity. Rush surcharge exists but is waived for accounts shipping 10+ cases per month. There are no account management fees, no design fees, and no surprise line items — that’s a policy, not a promotion.

The reasons our partners stay — distilled from years of feedback:
- You want a denture laboratory, not a broker. 460 employees, in-house from CAD to shipping. Every removable denture made by our own technicians.
- You need consistent results at scale from a denture lab. 4,000–6,500 removable dentures cases/month capacity, backed by a dedicated independent QC team.
- You want pricing you can plan around. Itemized quotes, no hidden charges, net-30 terms available.
- You want accountability when things go wrong. Written remake policy. Lab-error remakes free. Root-cause tracking on every return.
- You want digital + conventional flexibility. STL, PLY, OBJ, 3Shape, Medit, iTero, CEREC — or just mail us your impressions.
- You’re a partner denture lab and need white-label overflow. Branded or unbranded. We don’t contact your clients. NDAs ready.
- You want real compliance, not just a badge. FDA registered, EU MDR notified, MHRA registered, ISO 13485 certified — all verifiable.
